A penthouse rental in Tribeca with its own pool is in contract after three weeks on the market. Located at 169 Hudson St. and asking $45,000 a month, the duplex unit attracted lots of attention, including from supermodel Naomi Campbell, who eyed it as part of her ongoing New York City house hunt.

In March, we reported that she toured an $18 million Greenwich Lane penthouse. But this in-contract Tribeca penthouse, we’ve learned, won’t be where she’ll ultimately rest her head. It’s been snatched up by another renter.

We hear, though, the 48-year-old British beauty was impressed by the unit’s history and modern details.

It is located in the Roebling building, an 1896 brick structure named for John Augustus Roebling, who designed the Brooklyn Bridge, but didn’t live to see its completion.

Beyond the pool, penthouse details include oversize windows and radiant-heated floors made of reclaimed chestnut wood. There’s also a woodburning fireplace and lots of oak, bronze and mahogany built-ins.

The master bedroom is upstairs and comes with access to the outdoor space. Building amenities include a 24-hour-attended lobby, a gym and storage.
