Naya Rivera’s home before her tragic death has been sold for $2,695,000 — only nine days after it hit the market, The Post can exclusively report.
Los Angeles property records show an offer was made and accepted on January 15.
The four bedroom, three bathroom newly renovated home went on sale on January 6 — six months following the “Glee” star’s untimely death.
The 2,762-square-feet abode in the Los Feliz neighborhood has been labeled a Smart Home with a Sonos sound system, and includes a designer open kitchen, French classic architecture in the living room and a newly installed pool.
The two-story home also has a farmhouse master bath, an oversized patio off the master bedroom and a convenient laundry room. The residence is newly built with natural white oak hardwood flooring throughout.

Rivera had just purchased the home in 2018 following her divorce from ex-husband Ryan Dorsey.
On July 8, 2020, the actress accidentally drowned after jumping from a boat into Lake Piru with her 5-year-old son Josey, whom she shares with Dorsey.
She was just 33 years old.
Following the end of “Glee” in 2015, Rivera went on to guest host “The View” and appear in several television shows. Her last appearance was as a judge on the Netflix baking show “Sugar Rush.”
