Sales at Manhattan’s famed Flatiron Building certainly aren’t falling flat.
Two more units inside the historic conversion have entered into contract — a lower-floor three-bedroom asking $11.97 million, as well as a higher-up three-bedroom dwelling asking $15.65 million — according to the Monday-released Olshan Luxury Market Report.
Their final sales prices, as well as the identities of their forthcoming owners, are not yet available. However, these two deals bring the total number of contracts inside the triangle-shaped 175 Fifth Ave. to 11. What’s more, those 11 units asked a combined — and jaw-dropping — $240.17 million.

The scaffolding is coming down at the famous Flatiron building, in NYC. Matthew McDermott for NY PostA representative for the ongoing conversion, which marks the very first time the Flatiron Building will become residential in its use, did not immediately provide comment on the two new deals.
The longtime commercial building, whose recent office tenants included Macmillan Publishers, made news last week when a full-floor nest on the 21st story entered into contract after asking a sky-high $58.5 million. To date, that remains the priciest dwelling in the development to find its first-ever owner.
(Also last week, according to multiple videos posted to Instagram, the scaffolding and netting surrounding the building began coming down following years of an exterior restoration.)
