The Neiman Marcus Group has signed an office lease for the entire sixth floor of 42 W. 39th St. between Fifth and Sixth avenues.

The luxury-goods retailer will use the 10,092 square feet for the next year while awaiting the opening of its first store at Hudson Yards.

Joe Fabrizi of CBRE represented the tenant, whose brands include Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, mytheresa, LastCall, Horchow and CUSP.

David Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the building owner, which had an asking rent of $45 per square foot. Other tenants include Spanx, Everlast, Core Home and Castlewood Apparel. Equiem runs the building’s tenant portal.

Job seekers note: Neiman Marcus is already looking for folks to fill management positions for the new store and restaurants.
