Long Island’s favorite son, Billy Joel, is also spending time these days in Florida, where he has just purchased a $22 million oceanfront home in Manalapan, south of Palm Beach.

He already owns a $12 million home here and then bought an empty lot beside it.

All three Joel-owned properties are located on S. Ocean Blvd.
