A new listing in Alpine, NJ, has hit the market for $29.99 million. It is the second-highest listing in the tony ’hood, following developer Richard Kurtz’s stone mansion at 18 Frick Drive, which is back on the market for $39 million, as we previously reported.

On Kurtz’s heels is this 11-bedroom, 13-bathroom home at 887 Closter Dock Road. Celeb neighbors include heavy hitters like pitcher CC Sabathia and comedian Tracy Morgan.

The sprawling residence, whose glitzy interiors are reminiscent of a palace, is more than 35,000 square feet on 8 acres.

The sellers are John and Lenora Klein.

The listing broker is Dennis McCormack, of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, who sold Kurtz his estate in 2006 for a record $58 million.
