Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank’s former West Village townhouse has sold for $10.5 million to the new president of Macy’s, according to city property records.

The deal was first reported by Mansion Global.

Harry “Hal” Lawton III, who was hired by Macy’s in September after serving as senior vice president of North America at eBay, can now call the four-story townhouse, at 33 Charles St., home. The sellers are Clyde and Summer Anderson, who run the bookstore chain Books-a-Million, which just celebrated its 100th anniversary.

The Andersons purchased the property in 2007 for $7 million from Swank and her ex-husband, Chad Lowe, who’s an actor and director. That former couple bought the spread in 2002 for $3.9 million.

The stunning home is 3,736 square feet. It comes with three bedrooms and a charming backyard garden, with ivy-covered walls and plantings. There’s even a finished basement with a refrigerated wine room, a laundry room and storage closets “for off-season clothes,” according to the listing.

Recently renovated, the home additionally features a chef’s kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers and limestone floors.

The home first went on the market for $11.99 million in June, StreetEasy shows.

Corcoran’s Robby Browne, Chris Kann and Jennifer Ireland Kubis had the listing; Corcoran’s Alex Nicholas repped the buyers.
