The current seller is Swiss writer Rose-Marie Bordihn. The five-bedroom home at 297 Head of Pond Road in Water Mill is currently on the market for $2.77 million. (She bought it in 2007 for $2 million.)

The home — which was once featured in the Times, naturally, “for its architectural beauty,” according to the listing — is 2,550 square feet and sits on 1 acre.

It comes with a pool, gardens and a dock with a rowboat.

The listing broker is Maryanne Horwath and Michael Shaheen of Douglas Elliman.
