It’s been less than a week since pop star Zayn Malik and top model Gigi Hadid broke up, but Malik has already moved on — to a $10.69 million Soho penthouse.

The split was devastating for the couple’s fans — a combined 66 million Instagram followers and 35 million Twitter followers among them — who dubbed them ZiGi. Malik — who previously broke up with boy band One Direction and is now a solo artist — said he and Hadid will remain friends.

Perhaps he will look for solace within the walls of his stunning new bachelor pad.

The 3,597-square-foot loft at 63 Greene St. was purchased via Drop Zed Properties, LLC, according to just-released public records.

It entered contract on Valentine’s Day and closed on March 13.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo is in a former silk showroom built in 1877 and comes with a 1,061-square-foot private terrace. It features original details like vaulted brick ceilings, exposed beams and steel-clad columns. Modern touches include a chef’s kitchen.

The penthouse was on the market for 737 days, according to StreetEasy. It sold above its last asking price of $10.5 million after first listing in February 2016 asking $12.95 million.
