Pop star Demi Lovato is turning her life around now that she’s out of rehab after a July drug overdose.

She broke up with her boyfriend, designer Henry Levy, and is getting so strong that she knocked out her boxing trainer Jay Glazer’s tooth while he was wearing a mouth guard.

Lovato’s fresh start might also include spending more time in the Big Apple, Gimme Shelter can exclusively reveal.

The LA-based “Confident” singer was recently spotted apartment hunting downtown, sporting pink hair and a cute track suit while talking on the phone about the Grammys.

One spot she toured was the home of Israeli mentalist and magician Oz Pearlman, whose digs are on the 14th floor of 100 Barclay St. His 1,421-square-foot two-bedroom, which also includes a home office, is asking $2.49 million.

The swanky residence in the landmarked Ralph Walker-designed tower, just north of the World Trade Center, features high ceilings and a chef’s kitchen.

The building also has more than 40,000 square feet of amenities, including a gym, a lap pool, a teen lounge, a media lounge and a wine tasting room.
