Nicole Richie and husband Joel Madden sold their 5,515-square-foot Beverly Hills abode to Adele on May 26 for $9.95 million, as the “Hello” singer gobbled up Bel Air properties to create a private compound.

But what wasn’t reported at the time was that the 39-year-old adopted daughter of Lionel Richie had already closed on a bigger mansion worth $10.15 million on May 13.

Richie’s new 6,100-square-foot digs were built in 1987 but recently redesigned by SIMO Design co-founders Sam Gnatovich and Alexi Rennalls as their primary residence.

The five-bedroom, six-bedroom home is inspired by historical Parisian buildings and the flagship Chanel store in Paris, they told Architectural Digest last year, explaining they would sell the house because it was too big for them.

The designers achieved the look with massive pocket doors and clean lines, combined with traditional crown molding. Inside, a curving stairway contrasts the home’s exterior box-like structure, photos show.

The house is defined by marble, from its kitchen island to its bath to its fireplaces, photos show.

The 0.36-acre lot has mature olive trees, a pool, a hot tub, a lounge and a lawn, according to the listing.

Listing broker Drew Fenton and buyer’s agent Brett Lawyer, both of Hilton & Hyland, did not respond to requests for comment.

The “Grace and Frankie” guest star is known for her $17,000 outfits and wild teenage years alongside socialite pals Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan and on “The Simple Life.”

Richie has two children, Harlow Winter Kate and Sparrow James Midnight, with her punk rock husband Joel Madden. She has two younger siblings, 22-year-old model Sofia Richie and 27-year-old model Miles Richie.

Since her recent stab at Nikki Fre$h on Quibi, she has concentrated on her role as creative director at lifestyle brand House of Harlow 1960.
