The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Michaela Keszler, while the unidentified buyer was repped by the Morley Agency’s Mary Quatroche.
The four-bedroom home sits on 1.33 acres on Shinnecock Bay.
Per the listing, it features water views from every room, and includes a large deck with an outdoor shower.
