A waterfront Hamptons beach cottage, once briefly owned by legendary funny guy Mel Brooks and his late wife, actress Anne Bancroft, has sold for its full asking price of $4.99 million.

The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Michaela Keszler, while the unidentified buyer was repped by the Morley Agency’s Mary Quatroche.

The four-bedroom home sits on 1.33 acres on Shinnecock Bay.

Per the listing, it features water views from every room, and includes a large deck with an outdoor shower.

Douglas Elliman’s Dottie Herman returned to her alma mater, Adelphi Unversity, as the keynote speaker for its Women’s Leadership Conference.

Nassau County Executive Laura Curran honored her for contributions in philanthropy and business.

More than 200 students, faculty, alumni and local residents attended the event, which was held at the Garden City Hotel.
