When new Chelsea rental building Ohm hit the market earlier this year, it promised it would be bringing the party. Now it’s making good on that promise with the launch of a new acoustic performance series. Next Friday, indie band Nicole Atkins and the Sea is playing a set in the building’s lobby. You have to be a resident to catch the concert, though, so, better hurry up and sign those leases, kids.
