A charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom Williamsburg apartment owned by restaurateur Michael Chernow and his model wife Donna Hemmingsen went into contract a week after it appeared in Gimme Shelter in May. It was last asking $1.1 million.

Chernow, co-founder of the Meatball Shop empire, has also opened a trio of sustainable seafood eateries, called Seamore’s, in Nolita, Chelsea and Montauk.

His former home, a light-filled space that had often been photographed, is at 98 Havemeyer St.

Just 852 square feet, it comes with a killer kitchen, natch, an open living/dining space, painted white floors and a small terrace with an irrigation system. A spiral staircase leads to a landscaped private roof deck. The listing brokers are Halstead’s Ari Harkov and Warner Lewis.

We also hear that twin brothers Alon and Oren Alexander — the latter of whom is a broker at Douglas Elliman — celebrated their 30th birthdays with a blowout four-day bash for 35 of their pals in Israel.

The trip included attending the graduation ceremony for the Israeli Air Force, complete with an air show, along with a visit to the Dead Sea and some of the holiest sites in Jerusalem.

The final night party was on the rooftop of the Herbert Samuel Hotel in Jerusalem. Famous Israeli singer Einat Sarouf entertained.
