New York Rangers captain Jacob Trouba and his wife, Dr. Kelly Tyson-Trouba, have sold their one-bedroom oceanfront condo in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for $1.9 million in an all-cash deal.

The home, at the Auberge Beach, first hit the market for $2.1 million in June. (They bought it for $1.38 million in 2018.)

At 1,355 square feet, it comes with a 275-square-foot balcony and soothing water views. One year after the purchase, Trouba signed a seven-year, $56 million deal with the Rangers.

Last month, after the 28-year-old defenseman was named the Rangers’ captain, he said on social media that his wife is also pursuing her dreams in the Big Apple, where she is currently in residence at Lenox Hill Hospital — a quick commute from their Lower Manhattan home, according to reports.

The fifth-floor Florida condo boasts custom built-ins, including a Murphy bed in the den.

Past residents in the building have included Miami Dolphins quarterback great Dan Marino and Florida Panthers owner Vincent Viola.

Building amenities include a spa, beach attendants, a golf simulator, and a wine and cigar lounge.
