There’s a new trophy sky pad in town — and it’s now on the market for $150 million.
This 127th- and 128th-floor penthouse duplex is at Central Park Tower — the tallest residential building in the world. It’s also the second most expensive dwelling now for sale in town, the first being a $195 million aerie located in the same building.
Named “Sky House,” the Billionaires’ Row residence is 1,382 feet above street level and a minute-long elevator ride above the clouds.

That’s 100 feet higher than the top floor of the Empire State Building, said Shlomi Reuveni, the president and CEO of Reuveni Development Marketing, who is co-listing the property with Christie’s International Real Estate Group.
The building is developed by Gary Barnett’s Extell Development Corp. Nearby, Extell also developed the city’s first “billionaires’ building” — and the Big Apple’s first $100 million condo — at One57.
The eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom penthouse at 217 W. 57th St. sprawls at 11,535 square feet.
