Brooklyn defectors Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have sold their Meatpacking District two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom unit at 66 Ninth Ave. for $3.8 million.
The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Ann Cutbill Lenane while the buyer’s broker was Tyler Whitman of TripleMint.
