The man who monetized the young Olsen twins, an entertainment lawyer named Robert Thorne, has sold his own Full House at One Morton Square in the West Village after just several months on the market.
The 25-foot-wide, three-story, 3,662 square foot townhouse was last asking $7.97 million and sold for $7.15 million.

Thorne still owns a 14th-floor unit in the building, which runs 1,734 square feet and has three bedrooms.
Perhaps to no one’s surprise, the Olsen twins bought a penthouse at this very development — one floor above Thorne’s 14th-story pad — but sold it for $7.7 million in 2010 without ever moving in.
The listing broker for the townhouse was Stribling’s Charlotte Van Doren. Thorne was a co-founder and former CEO of Dualstar Entertainment, Mary-Kate and Ashley’s production company.
His other clients include Hilary Duff, Quincy Jones, Melissa McCarthy and Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist/producer Larry McMurtry and Diana Ossana — who together won an Oscar and a Golden Globe for their “Brokeback Mountain” screenplay.
