Laura and Harry Slatkin, the royal couple of home fragrances, have reduced the price of their Upper East Side nest, which is now listed for $24.97 million.

The couple launched home fragrance brand Slatkin & Co. in 1992, the year they married. Laura then founded NEST Fragrances while Harry launched Homeworx, known for its scented candles.
The Slatkins bought the 1920s-era property, listed in Laura’s name, for $11.72 million in 2005.
At a spacious 10,300 square feet, the townhouse features eight bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two powder rooms. The home opens to a marble foyer, and features an internal elevator and an 824-square-foot rooftop garden with Central Park views.
