Sailthru has signed a five-year lease on the 48th floor for a huge, 27,320- square-foot prebuilt at One World Trade Center.
The tenant, which will move from 160 Varick St., was represented by Michael Berg, Howard Hersch and Bill Peters of JLL.
One World was represented by Tara Stacom, Justin Royce, Barry Zeller, Peter Trivelas and Connor B. Daugstrup of Cushman & Wakefield and in-house for the Durst Organization by Eric Engelhardt and Karen Kuznick.
The asking rent was $78 a square foot. The building’s 361,668 square feet of prebuilt space covers nine floors with offices from 2,100 to 27,320 square-feet.
