Academy Award nominee Vanessa Kirby might have a new house in De Beauvoir Town in London.

The “Pieces of a Woman” star, who’s nominated for best actress at the 2021 Oscars, was seen viewing the $2.4 million (£1.75 million) house with her parents and a mystery man on Saturday, March 20.

The property listing shows that the house is “under offer,” so it could be that the 32-year-old, who also plays Princess Margaret in Netflix’s “The Crown” alongside Claire Foy, plans to commit to the Victorian townhouse. 

The brick building with tall windows is surrounded by a low brick wall and hedges.

An attached townhouse has a grand covered entryway, but this modest abode’s entry is a private, blue side door with an arched, covered entryway, according to the listing held by Hamptons International Islington.

The three-floor home spans only 1,700 square feet including the cellar. Guests enter an L-shaped reception and sitting room with two marble fireplaces.

The wood floors and the crown molding are from the original construction in 1849. 

Up a few stairs sits the kitchen and dining room with a white tiled backsplash, wooden cabinetry, black granite countertops, a double oven and an industrial hood. 

Floor-to-ceiling windowed doors open onto a 50-foot, East-facing garden with a stone patio, a brick outdoor fireplace and a small grassy area filled with trees and plants.

Back through the kitchen and up a winding staircase, two double bedrooms have built-in bookcases and ample closet space.

The upper floor also has an office, two bathrooms with vessel sinks and, for more outdoor space, a small terrace with wood floors overlooking the garden below. 

This new real estate move is drawing attention to a potential new beau after Kirby’s 2020 breakup with “War & Peace” (2016) actor Callum Turner. The man of unknown identity toured the house with Kirby and her parents after arriving on a bike. 

Kirby and her entourage spent an hour outside, appearing to discuss the home and the neighborhood after the tour, according to witnesses.

Kirby was nominated for an Oscar and a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role (or in a motion picture drama, in the case of the Golden Globe nomination) for her “Pieces of a Woman” performance, but the film’s association with Shia LaBeouf hurt her chances, analysts say.

The actress is set to appear in two upcoming “Mission: Impossible” movies, according to IMDB. She is also known for her roles in “Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw,” the BBC’s “Great Expectations” and “Mission: Impossible — Fallout” alongside Tom Cruise.
