Actress and animal rights activist Missy Hargraves and her ex, TV producer Jeff Ross, are still dividing their assets.

While Hargraves is living in Manhattan, reportedly dating Jacques Azoulay, ex-beau of Bravo Housewife and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps — and Ross is living in LA — the ex-couple have put their Hamptons estate on the market for $5.5 million.

While their split is amicable, a spy says that the manse “is a looming asset that needs to be settled.”

The charming 3,500-square-foot, single-story home was built in 1955.
