Embattled pharmaceutical heirs David and Joss Sackler are in contract to sell their sprawling condo on the Upper East Side.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home hit the market in April asking $6.49 million.

The Sacklers appear to be liquidating assets and fleeing town for Palm Beach, Fla. They also bought a $22.5 million Bel Air mansion in 2018.

David’s family’s company, Purdue Pharma, is accused of fueling the ongoing opioid crisis by aggressively marketing powerful painkiller OxyContin and misleading the public over its addictive capacity. They just tentatively settled.

As The Post reported earlier this week, fashion types said they would skip Joss’ show, her first New York Fashion Week event, over the ongoing scandal. It’s part of an ongoing shunning of the Sacklers by the upper echelons of city society.

Joss also allegedly offered $100,000 to Courtney Love — a recovering OxyContin addict whose late husband, Kurt Cobain, was also a drug addict — to attend her Fashion Week show.

At 3,343 square feet, the 16th-floor home that the Sacklers are selling features details like a custom floor-to-ceiling fireplace and a wine cooler in the kitchen.

The building, at Manhattan House at 200 E. 66th St., has a children’s playroom, a fitness center, a concierge and a rooftop lounge.

The listing brokers are Warburg’s Allison Chiaramonte and Tania Isacoff Friedland.
