A 102-year-old lakefront, landmarked property in Palm Beach is back on the market — for a cool $175 million.
News of the listing was first reported by the Palm Beach Daily News.
The seller is Ann DesRuisseaux, who purchased the landmarked mansion just half a mile north of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago for $24 million in 2020.
DesRuisseaux is also making waves with her wine bar, Palm Beach’s Le Bar a Vin, which has partnered with Antonio Mellino, an Italian chef and partriarch of his family-run three-Michelin starred restaurant on the Amalfi Coast, according to reports.

In addition to the pool, there’s also a red clay tennis court located outside. “Casa Del Ensuenos is one of, if not the single, most iconic renovations in Palm Beach history,” said listing broker Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties. “Positioned in an impossible-to-replicate location along the Intracoastal in Palm Beach Island’s estate section, it quite literally translates to ‘The House of Dreams.’ This historic marvel is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”
The Venetian-style mansion was designed by Addison Mizner. It sits on 1.5 acres and features 200 feet of waterfront on the Intracoastal Waterway.
The 21,500-square-foot dwelling comes with 15 bedrooms, 18 baths, five powder rooms and plenty of custom millwork. Details include lakefront balconies and a courtyard archway big enough to accommodate the yachts that once sailed through.
The landscaped grounds also include a sunken red clay tennis court, an infinity pool and a dock.
