Palm Beach prices continue to skyrocket thanks to the post-election “Trump bump,” and this new-construction waterfront home asking $47.5 million is no exception.

The spec house, completed this year, sits on just over 1 acre in Palm Beach Gardens, a private community.

The seller is Stamm Development Group, which bought the property at 2415 Casas De Marbella for $11.5 million in 2023, according to property records.

The home was designed by Affiniti Architects and Decorators Unlimited — and furnished by Artefacto.

The listing brokers are Michael Costello and Chris Deitz of Compass.
