Eternal “Baywatch” babe Pamela Anderson is done watching the bay — at least in Malibu.

The 54-year-old Playboy model and “Home Improvement” actress sold her two-story contemporary beach house Tuesday for $11.8 million, brokers confirmed.

The Canadian star listed the property for $14.9 million in March after marrying her bodyguard, Dan Hayhurst, on Christmas Eve.

“Many sexy, fun times were had here,” Anderson told The Post in an exclusive interview when the property hit the market.

The buyers, who said they have a personal connection to the celebrity seller, are Kreiss luxury furniture heirs and interior designers Loren and Kate Kreiss.

“Loren recalls Ms. Anderson from his youth when she purchased furnishings from the Kreiss location in West Hollywood,” the buyer’s agent, Sandro Dazzan of The Agency told, The Post.

The Kreiss family plans to add their bold, clean lines and neutral color palette aesthetic to the home, “while honoring Ms. Anderson’s original beautiful organic and sustainable design,” Dazzan said.

“My clients are honored and humbled to acquire this one-of-a-kind property in the Colony,” Dazzan told The Post. “They plan on enjoying weekends and holidays in the home with their young family and are excited to share the finished product.”

Anderson purchased the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home spanning 2,852 square feet for $1.8 million in 2000 and spent $8 million renovating the 1959 home, according to the Wall Street Journal. With the guesthouse, the property now offers about 5,500 square feet, said Dazzan.

“Pamela was the visionary behind this organic aesthetic and had the forethought to source ecologically sustainable materials,” listing broker Tomer Fridman of Compass told The Post.

The home is being reported as a record-breaking sale, but while Anderson’s high-priced home went for $4,290 per square foot (or about half that if you include the square footage added by the guesthouse), the $16.45 million house across the street sold for $7,331 per square foot in April, and one down the road sold for $5,141 per square foot in June.

“Her curated approach assisted in facilitating one of the highest price per sqft [sic] sales for the landside of the colony,” Fridman told The Post.

The 0.15-acre lot in a gated community has a pool and a poured-concrete jacuzzi, across from which sits a one-bedroom, two-bathroom guesthouse with a spiral staircase descending to a covered patio and a fire pit, according to the listing.

“The home offers an entertainer’s backyard with a large pool, step down bar area, fire pit and beautifully curated guest house that overlooks the mountains and lagoon beyond,” Fridman told The Post.

The lot offers a two-car garage and views of a lagoon, woods, mountains, a golf course and the bluffs.

Before this year’s sales push, Anderson previously tested the sales market twice and put the property up for rent, most recently in 2018 asking $40,000 a month, according to property records.

“This organic contemporary within the iconic Malibu Colony is truly a one-of-a-kind property,” Fridman told The Post.

Anderson, who was most recently been re-imagined in a Hulu miniseries starring Lily James, shares two sons with Mötley Crüe musician ex-husband Tommy Lee — Brandon Thomas Lee, 25, and Dylan Jagger Lee, 23 — both of whom live in Malibu, she said.

“Most of all, I will miss my boys,” the “Borat” star told The Post in March.

Anderson’s primary residence is an oceanfront ranch on Vancouver Island “with space to rescue more animals,” she said. She said her decision to sell was also related to her fight for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who is battling extradition to the US on espionage charges.

A representative for Anderson did not reply to a request for comment.

Update: This article has been updated to include comments from listing agent Tomer Fridman of Compass.
