A full-floor expansion by Fullscreen Media has brought 315 Park Ave. South, a building nearly vacant two years ago, to 95 percent full.

The firm doubled its space to 34,000 square feet at the Columbia Property Trust-owned address. Terms were not disclosed, but the asking rent on the only available floor, 15, is $97 per square foot.

The publicly traded landlord — which also owns the office portion of the former New York Times building on West 43d Street — has signed over 265,000 square feet of leases at 315 Park Ave. South, which it bought in 2015.

Columbia Property brought in L&L Holding Company early on to help renovate, lease and manage the property.
