Five months after it hit the market, “Star Trek: TNG” star Sir Patrick Stewart and ex-wife Wendy Neuss have closed on the sale of their Upper West Side penthouse at 118 W. 79th St. for $3.82 million, which is above its $3.79 million asking price.

The penthouse comes with an irrigated and gardened wrap-around terrace, and views of Central Park.

Stewart now lives with wife Sunny Ozell in a converted Park Slope carriage house.
