The two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom home was asking $35.46 million. The deal was first reported by Marketproof.

The 1,050-foot-tall building, designed by Jean Nouvel with interiors by Thierry W. Despont, also comes with 30,000 square feet of amenities including a full-floor gym with a 65-foot lap pool — as well as whirlpool and cold plunge pools — sauna and steam rooms.

Douglas Elliman’s Shari Scharfer Rollins, Frances Katzen, Jade Chan, Matthew MacKay, Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes share the listing.

Also of note, biotech investment exec Michael Yee — managing director at Jefferies who talks about vaccines and investments on CNBC — and his wife, Compass broker Jessica Chungtang Lee, bought a Miami Beach home for $6.3 million.

The mid-century modern home at 425 E. Dilido Drive is 2,807 square feet and comes with four bedrooms and 3½ baths. Built in 1949, it was renovated in 1985.

There’s a chef’s kitchen, an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen and water views. 

The listing brokers were Chad Carroll and Matthew Dugow of Compass.
