It’s been quite a week for big-ticket penthouse sales. A penthouse duplex combo at 25 Park Row asking $25 million is in contract.

That’s a record price for the Financial District, according to Corcoran Sunshine. It’s built on the site of the former J&R Music World.

Both 3,580-square-foot penthouses are full floors, asking $12.5 million each. Both come with four bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, a living/dining room with three-sided glass walls, a 480-square-foot terrace and a chef’s kitchen.

The main bedroom on each floor comes with a windowed dressing room, second closet, ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, radiant floor heating and Juliet balconies.

Details on both floors include wide oak plank floors, decorative moldings, oversize casement windows and protected views over City Hall Park and from the East River to the Hudson River.

Building amenities include a reading room, a library with a fireplace, a dining room, golf simulator, billiards room, a 65-foot pool, a gym with a yoga meditation studio and a spa treatment room, a children’s playroom and a garden terrace with a great lawn.

The penthouse was originally asking $50 million. That means all of the building’s 11 units have found buyers.

The 6,745-square-foot penthouse pad comes with four bedrooms, a private terrace and an elevator landing.

Common charges are $17,502 a month.

The 16-story, limestone-clad building, between 84th and 85th streets, dates to 1911 and is part of the Park Avenue Historic Landmark District. It converted to condos in 2018. The architects were Beyer Blinder Belle while the interiors were by David Collins Studio.

Building amenities include a pool, gym, screening room, lounge, rooftop terrace, bike room and playroom.
