Tech investor Kevin DeNuccio and his wife Claudia are selling their penthouse at 5 Tudor City Place for $3.47 million.
The building has appeared in movies including “Godfather III,” “Scarface,” “Bullets Over Broadway” and the Spider-Man films.
Many of the apartments on its top floor — including this one — have three-story living rooms and cinematic terra-cotta terraces decked out with griffins and gargoyles.
This renovated penthouse comes with 18-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling casement windows and views of the Empire State and Chrysler buildings.
The unit, with two bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms over 2,240 square feet, has an open layout with prewar details, chandeliers, a woodburning fireplace and lots of light. The apartment has been on and off the market since 2012.
The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Pat Slochower.
