Perchwell, a small real estate tech company, is gaining clients so fast that it has added 2,100 square feet to its Soho offices.

In December, the company, a listings data management platform for real estate brokerages, leased 3,500 square feet from SL Green Realty at 110 Greene St., and the new deal brings Perchwell’s occupancy to 5,600 square feet.

This space will enable Perchwell to hire more staff and expand to more than 50 employees in an adjacent space.

Nest Seekers International’s Josh Salyi represented Perchwell in the new deal with SL Green, which had an asking rent of $85 per square foot.

Perchwell has also just signed a partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate.
