The Manhattan residence of the late jewelry designer Peter Lindeman, whose museum-quality pieces were worn by Elvis, has hit the market for $3.99 million.
The two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom co-op is at 24 Central Park South. It features park views and comes with a $6,531-a-month maintenance fee. The seller is Lindeman’s widow, Rachelle Goldman.
The home is on the market for the first time in more than 50 years. The couple bought it in 1972 for an unknown sum.

Beyond Elvis — who wore one of Lindeman’s zodiac pieces — his clients included Pat Nixon, the former first lady, and tennis legend Chris Evert. Lindeman’s work is also on permanent display at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston.
The sprawling home is on the 19th floor, which is shared with just one other unit.
