Peter Rockefeller — the grandson of Gov. Nelson Rockefeller — and his wife, Allison, have sold their home at 130 E. 67th St. for $7.2 million.

It was first asking $7.75 million in March of last year.

The duplex, on the top 10th and 11th floors of the Italian Renaissance-style building, was created in 1908.

It comes with four bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms.

The buyers are Thomas and Maria Pompidou.
