A beachfront mansion at 114 Beachside Ave. in Westport, Conn., is on the market for a whopping $32 million.
The last time it was available for purchase was more than a decade ago, when talk show icon Phil Donahue and wife of 35 years, Marlo Thomas, sold it to the current owner for $25 million.
The 7.67 acre estate includes three lots, with 365 feet of water frontage. The house itself is an Elizabethan Tudor manse that features seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms.
Built in 1911, the 8,482-square-foot home has been fully modernized.
