Photographer Stéphane Sednaoui’s Noho duplex penthouse has hit the market for $9.87 million.

The loft, at 27 Great Jones St., has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3,036 square feet of space. The property has bounced on and off the market since 2015, when it asked $12.85 million.

The unit has keyed elevator access on both floors, double-height ceilings, hardwood floors and a woodburning fireplace in the “sun-flooded great room,” according to the listing.

The main floor boasts 10 oversize windows, a windowed chef’s kitchen and a dining area under an atrium skylight. The first-floor master suite includes a windowed bath and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, there’s a terrace and a second master suite. There’s also a roof terrace with views of the World Trade Center.

The listing broker is model-turned-Elliman agent Jane Powers.

Sednaoui, we hear, is based in France but is currently in Japan. He shares a daughter, a model named Sahteene, with the French actress and model Laetitia Casta.

Sednaoui’s work has been exhibited at MoMA, the Brooklyn Museum, Barbican Center and Le Grand Palais. He made his name as a music video director for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2 and Garbage.
