This charming farmhouse owned by Clarice Price, the second ex-wife of the late artist and musician Larry Rivers, known as the godfather of pop art, is now on the market for $1.6 million.
The beach hosue, at 71 Lower Seven Ponds Road in Water Mill, N.Y., was asking $1.9 million last year.
The home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an alcove window space and two fireplaces — all on six-plus acres.
There’s also a pool and plenty of room for tennis courts.
The home currently features paintings by Rivers, who was born Yitzroch Loiza Grossberg to Jewish Ukrainian immigrants and grew up in the Bronx.
One of the works on display is of Matisse, from a series called “Art and the Artist.” The listing broker is Corcoran’s Pam Jackson.
