There’s another model-approved apartment in the East Village.

Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel is listing her penthouse at 311 E. 11th St. for $1.89 million.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a balcony, lots of built-ins and a washer/dryer.

Building amenities include a round-the-clock doorman, a gym and a lounge for residents.

Swanepoel bought the unit for $1.35 million in 2010.

She put it on the rental market for $6,200/month in 2016, shortly after the birth of her son, Anacã.

Now that she is pregnant with her second child, she has listed the apartment for sale.

Swanepoel has been dating Brazilian model Hermann Nicoli since 2005.

The listing broker is Jeremy Shevett, of Compass.
