Literary lions, take note.
Jonathan Segura, the executive editor of Publishers Weekly, just listed his two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Carroll Gardens for $1.5 million.
The condo, in a new-development building at 49 Summit St., is 1,357 square feet and includes a custom French oven.
Segura is also the author of “Occupational Hazards,” a mystery novel published by Simon & Schuster about an angst-filled thirtysomething beat reporter.
The listing broker is Andrew Booth, of Corcoran.
