Celebrity chef Rachael Ray and hubby John Cusimano have put their Hamptons spread back on the market with a new broker.

It’s now asking $4.69 million — down from $4.9 million last August. The compound, in the Tuckahoe hamlet of Southampton, sits on more than 6 acres that back onto the Southampton Golf Club and has room to build another home on an adjacent lot that comes with the sale.

There’s also an option to buy the home furnished, so a new buyer could move right in for the start of the summer season.

“The house was completely renovated and feels like new construction, which is the trend now for busy buyers who want to just purchase, show up and start enjoying their new home,” says listing broker Angela Boyer-Stump, of Sotheby’s International Realty.

The property features a traditional one-story home, built in 1976, that is 3,000 square feet.

It boasts three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen — natch — and two fireplaces. There’s also a pool, surrounded by a blue stone patio, a pergola and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,400-square-foot pool/guest house, with another kitchen for entertaining.

The property additionally has a one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage for guests or staff.

Ray and Cusimano bought the property for $2.6 million in 2008. They have since built a country manse upstate on 200 acres; it’s in the Adirondacks by Lake Luzerne.
