If a 2,300-square-foot downtown loft isn’t enough, how about also owning a neighboring four-story brick building — all connected by a private bridge?

A Tribeca spread that just returned to market for $35 million — knocking $15 million off its original $50 million asking price — offers those unusual features, Curbed reports.

The main entry is accessed through the loft, located at 67 Hudson St. — which the listing says sports a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, open living/dining area and eat-in kitchen.

It’s through the kitchen and adjoining French doors that the owner can access that footbridge — hovering three stories over Staple Street — leading to the 9 Jay St. building.

That latter property, described as a 25-foot-wide structure, comes with air rights, which allow for further development. As it stands, 9 Jay St. has ceilings over 11 feet high, 50 windows, a garage and about 1,175 square feet of roof space.

“Bring your imagination, architect or designer,” says the listing — meaning more money will need to go into a renovation.

Kaptan Unugur and Mara Flash Blum of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.
