The final product comes with six baths, two powder rooms, white oak plank floors, a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen, a media room, two home offices and a 2,529-square-foot wrap terrace.
A double-height, 22-foot-high living room features glass walls, and a concrete and blackened steel fireplace with a concealed media screen.
Meanwhile, a grand staircase ties all the floors together.
