Real estate mogul Andrew Silverman — whose now-ex-wife, socialite Lauren Silverman, left him for Simon Cowell in 2013 — is in contract to sell his second-floor condo at 195 Hudson St. in Tribeca.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom pad, which is a roomy 2,271 square feet, was on the market for $4.09 million. While the final sale price isn’t available, we hear the unit went into contract for well over ask following a bidding war.

Silverman bought the unit for $3.65 million in 2015, according to city records. He plans to keep a different apartment on the same floor, which he bought for $2.7 million in 2012. Silverman’s in-contract apartment has 12-foot ceilings, polished cement floors and an in-unit laundry room.

The seven-story building has also been home to Bravo reality star Bethenny Frankel, who sold her $6.95 million unit for its full asking price last year.

The listing brokers are Oxford Property Group’s Jules Borbely and Michael Trzcienski.
