SoHo’s only freestanding townhouse, which went on the market for $9.99 million last May and was decreased most recently to $7.99 million, now has a buyer.

The listing brokers were reality TV star Ryan Serhant and Katherine Salyi, both of Nestseekers International.

It was the first time the four-story, 3,430-square-foot home, at 514 Broome St., had been on the market since it was built in 1930.

Unprotected by landmark status, the structure can be torn down and rebuilt at double the size.
