Julie Wainwright — the founder and CEO of The RealReal, an online consignment shop for the resale of luxury goods — has bought a condo at the Woolworth Tower Residences for $6.75 million.

Her new 34th-floor unit in the storied Gothic skyscraper is 3,282 square feet, with three bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and city skyline and river views.

Details include a large great room, high ceilings, herringbone floors, an eat-in chef’s kitchen and a corner master suite.

The top floors of the iconic Woolworth Building — designed by architect Cass Gilbert for retail tycoon F.W. Woolworth in 1913, then the world’s tallest building — were converted to 33 condos that launched sales in 2014.

Amenities for condo owners include a pool, a gym, a wine cellar with a tasting room and on-site parking.

The listing brokers were Alchemy Properties and Sothebys’ International Realty’s Stan Ponte, Joshua Judge and Tate Kelly.
