At 2,000 square feet over three stories, it allows for a roomy one-bedroom layout but has enough space for two.

Perks include three fireplaces, an open chef’s kitchen and a master bathroom with 13-foot-high ceilings.

The townhouse compound also consists of 755 and 757 Greenwich St. Leibovitz, known for her celebrity photography, bought those two homes for $4.2 million in 2002 and 311 W. 11th St. for $1.9 million in 2003.

The Laurens bought the three buildings for $28.5 million in 2014 when Leibovitz, who was swamped with debt, needed to sell.

The listing brokers are Steve Gold and Viktoria Wiberg, of Corcoran.
