The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo, which measures 2,500 square feet, has served as home base for Chobani yogurt founder Hamdi Ulukaya and, most recently, for Frank Fertitta III, the billionaire co-owner of the UFC. Fashion desinger Marc Jacobs also called the place home.

The 14-story building is a collaboration between Andre Balazs and Jean Nouvel; amenities include a pool, sauna, steam room, gym and common roof terrace.
