Hotelier Ed Scheetz is listing his posh Soho duplex penthouse as a $75,000-a-month rental. It’s also been on and off the sales market since 2016.

The penthouse now asks $15.93 million — down from its original $18 million price tag. “It’s move-in ready and waiting for a billionaire bachelor.

All you need to bring is your toothbrush!” says broker Lori Shabtai, of Town Residential, who’s listing the stunning unit with Town’s Rachel Rainaldi.

(The pair has both the sale and the rental listings.) Scheetz, the former CEO of Morgans Hotel Group who sold his stake in the Chelsea Hotel last year, bought the penthouse for $10 million in 2008, shortly after the overdose death of his girlfriend in his Las Vegas home.

The penthouse is located at 20 Greene St., a boutique cast-iron building that is a city landmark.

Scheetz’s penthouse is a 4,189-square-foot two-bedroom spread that was gut-renovated by Kara Mann Design.

It’s accessible by a key-locked elevator and comes with landscaped outdoor spaces that take up an additional 2,000 square feet. The home, which is smart-wired, features 14-foot ceilings, dark wide-plank hickory floors and a woodburning fireplace in the living room with a custom steel mantel. There’s also a chef’s kitchen and a custom curved staircase — plus a large master suite with a terrace, a sitting room with a second fireplace and a spa-like bathroom. Up top, a private rooftop looks to panoramic views of the city, and includes an outdoor kitchen, a pergola and storage.

A neighboring penthouse is said to be owned by the Winklevoss twins, Cameron and Tyler, colloquially known as the Winklevii. The twins, former Olympic rowers, sued Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and are memorialized in the film, “The Social Network.”

The penthouse they allegedly own, across the hall from Scheetz, was on the market for $100,000 a month last year. Perhaps there’s a wheeler-dealer who can find a way to buy both and combine them.

Brokers Shabtai and Rainaldi showcased the penthouse at an event for top brokers Wednesday night.
