Restaurateur Stratis Morfogen, managing partner at Brooklyn Chop House, and his wife, Filipa Fino, are listing their Bed-Stuy brownstone without a broker for $3.75 million.

Fino bought the landmarked brownstone, built in the 1880s, at 663 Putnam Ave., for $1.8 million in 2014.

The 3,648-square-foot property is divided into two units. It’s also available for rent for $21,000 a month — or $15,000 a month for a triplex unit and, separately, for $6,000 a month for a full-floor unit with a basement and a pool.

The couple and their three kids moved to Brooklyn after Fino sold their two-bedroom, three bathroom co-op at 930 Fifth Ave. for $2.89 million in 2014.

“I wanted to move to Third Avenue but [Fino] said no, she wasn’t moving east of Park,” says Morfogen.

“Three months later she buys the brownstone in Bed-Stuy because it reminded her of London. I thought she was crazy, but she crushed it!”
