Greenwich Village restaurateur turned documentary film producer Vittorio Antonini has just bought a Shinnecock Bay-fronting property for a slight tick over its $1.8 million asking price.

The stylish residence, at 7 Nautilus Court in Hampton Bays, was renovated by architect and interior designer Maria Capoferri of Capoferri Design.

Capoferri, whose clients include Fendi and Dolce & Gabbana, is also known for her work on super yachts.

The 2,700-square-foot home comes with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and water views from every room. There are also glass railings on the property’s deck with “nautical style steps” that lead to a private beach and dock slip, all on 0.41 acres. Antonini is the owner, chef and wine director of the beloved La Lanterna di Vittorio, which opened in 1977 on Macdougal Street.

He also produced the short film, “Small Talk: Love, Coffee and the Internet” in 2016 and the 2018 documentary “Islam and the Future of Tolerance.”

The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Enzo Morabito and Joseph Savio.
